It's Day 7 for me and I'm continuing to get better day to day.

Yesterday was the first time I left my house for a couple hours to

watch Euro2004 over a friends place. This jaw is no longer my

entire world. I'm now able to relax most of the day and just enjoy

whatever it is I'm doing. My jaw is always there of course. But

it's not like it was the first few days where nothing was bearable.

I'm still a long way off from returning to normal but the healing

process is steady and improving.

The headaches aren't as bad as they were yesterday and the day

before. I think it's really a matter of keeping yourself fully

hydrated (fruit juices help) and eating at the appropriate times not

just when you're hungry. Not like I wasn't doing that before, I'm

just extra careful now I guess.

One day at a time my friends....
