Obviously, I'm not a doctor or I would be having better results myself.

However, that sounds like a pretty fast tapering to me. My doctor usually

recommends dropping 1 mg. every two weeks or even monthly. This fast

tapering has worked for you in the past? Good luck with your operation. My

Hi, my doctor does that too. I take 40 mg twice a day for two days. Then 20 mg for 14 days. That's it. Is this helping or hurting? So many are having trouble getting down 1 mg at a time. This kind of scares me....Thanks for the information. Love, Sue

Sue and Chuck, it gets harder to get off the last

ten mg, esp, when you have been on it a long time, I

have been on a low dose, i,e, 10 mg for over a year,

I'm down to 4 mg and trying really hard not to go back

up!!!! Love Liz
