low bp watermelon

i know this sounds crazy, but it is true. Eating some watermellon

throughout the day and night seems to be helping a lot with the

severe swings in BP and of course helps keep my sugar up.

Anyone else curious enough to try- it is summer and they are so

great!!!!! Not a cure all but a little something.

p.s. also helps ofcourse because i eat all of the time and not set

meals, but i have always been a grazer even before MSA
