Hi :

We didn't have any Red Sky in the morning , but I sure could of used the warning. Fred's balance was really bad this week end. One time he sat down so hard in his pc chair that I was behind, it hit me and knocked me into the closet wall. Another time he almost went over backward's , but I got behind him before he did and pushed with my arms to keep him up. Another one he went down, but not as hard as he would of , my daughter stopped his fall somewhat, but not compelety. She didn't want to go down with him because she is going to have a baby in Dec and didn't want to hurt herself. The other one he went over his walker and I had to put it in the vice to get it back to the shape it was in before the fall. The rest of the day I got him to stay put, buy getting some video's to watch. Fred has a hard time adjusting to what he can do anymore. Always been a worker. Worked 6 days a week 10 hour days. He still feels he can do that, but he will fall or get weak from trying. Sometimes he get's down on himself, because he can't do what he use to. I know it's hard.

My buddy name is Fvjames. So if you want to put me in your buddy list. Maybe some night you will see my name under the night owl buddy list. :o)

Well I need to get to bed, need to do lots of work in the yard tomorrow.

Take care

Vera

Then Mike's and his folks came to see Hannah ( the granddaughter) . Mike is Hannah's father, but our daughter wasn't ever married to him. The last time Mike saw Hannah was before Christmas. He doesn't even call most of the time to see how she is. I think the only reason he did this time is because the DA is after him for child suppose. Our daughter is married now to and his been really good to Hannah. The dad that Mike never has been. plays a game with Hannah. He will ask her if she is ready and she will say ready. Now she will ask him "Are you ready?" wanting to play. She will be 2 next month.

So your thinking of selling one of your car's? Fred sold one just after he learned he had MSA. It was a 1932 3 window ford. Took us three years to put it together. Driving all over to try to find parts for it. Then last year we sold our truck, so now the only thing we have is the van. I'm the full time driver. Fred doesn't drive anymore.

Most night's I'm up late. About the only time I get a chance to have a little time to me. I go to bed between 12 am and 1am. Then I'm up at 3:30am to get Fred up and turn him over and then again around 5am. Then his up at 6am for the day. I was asking for 8 hours sleep for christmas last year, but still haven't gotten that. Maybe this christmas. It would be nice, but I may go into shock.

HI VERA.

RED SKY IN MORNING....

SAILORS TAKE WARNING?

WEIRD - JUST LOOKED OUT WINDOW - AND... IT'S RED. NOW WE'LL SEE IF

THAT OLD SAYING HOLDS ANY WATER :-)

ANYWAY, YEP - I'M A NITE OWL TOO. ACTUALLY, NEVER KNOW WHEN I'LL BE

UP. IF I FALL ASLEEP, I CAN WAKE UP (DUE TO NAUSEA, PAIN,

VOMITING... ANY/ALL?) AS WAS THE CASE LAST NIGHT. IT'S NOW MORNING -

AND I'VE BEEN UP MOST OF THE NIGHT.

ANYWAY, YEP - ODD WHEN THINGS GO WELL. I'VE GOT PLENTY LOOMING OVER

ME - BUT SO FAR IT'S JUST LOOMING :-)

IS NICE WHEN FAMILY COMES - BUT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU HAD A BIT MORE

NOTICE, HUH? OR EVEN NICER IF THEY ASKED YOU IF IT WAS OKAY, HUH? :-

)

YEAH. CA IS BACK ON. GUESS IT'S FINAL NOW - AS AIR TRAVEL IS

ARRANGED.

DON'T KNOW WHERE THE MONEY IS GOING TO COME FROM. PERHAPS ONE OF

THOSE CARS WE HAVE AROUND HERE - THAT I NO LONGER DRIVE :-)

CATCH YA LATER.

Hi :

Guess you can tell I didn't go to bed yet. I know I should be in bed, I have lots of work to do tomorrow, but if I don't get it done, it will be there the next day. I stopped making plans along time ago. It seems when I do , something happen's and it doesn't happen. So I stopped planning along time ago.

Hey! guess what you were right the pc chair , is the computer chair. Fred has a computer that he plays games on and I have this one here to do the looky look stuff on.

You asked about grandkids. Well I'll have 9 when the baby comes in Dec. It's a little boy . So that will be 4 grandsons and 5 granddaughter, but I only get to see Brittany and Hannah. My son Heath hasn"t been around for along time. So we don't see his 3 girls.

Now about the buddy list. Maybe you don't have something like that, I don't know, but Aol has a buddy list where I can put people who I want to know when they come online and when they do , I can IM's them and we can talk. That's how we get most of the people into the chat room on Sunday and Wednesday.

So your thinking of taking the day off tomorrow. That's good. When Fred is fishing I'll be doing work out in the yard. It has alot to do and I need to get in gear and do it. Also have a bathroom to finish wallpapering, that I started awhile ago.

Did your girls eat all the Monkey Bread? I still think it would go good with a cup of coffee.

So what do you do for a living? Some kind of job that you can do at home sometimes?

How is Donnalee feeling now? I hope she is better.

Well about to fall asleep here, so I need to call it's quits.

Have a nice day tomorrow . Do something that is fun.

Take Care

Vera

HI VERA.

> We didn't have any Red Sky in the morning , but I sure could of

used the warning.

WELL - OUR STORMS WERE NOT NEAR AS BAD AS THE COLOR OF SKY WOULD HAVE

INDICATED. IN FACT, I THINK THAT WAS MONDAY MORNING - AND WE DIND'T

HAVE ANY PROBLEMS MONDAY - THE RAINS CAME TODAY.

NOW... ABOUT STORMS OF LIFE - PERHAPS THE RED SKY WAS A BETTER

INDICATOR OF THAT :o)

Fred's balance was really bad this week end. One time he sat down so

> hard in his pc chair

OK. I'M NOT TOO PROUD TO ASK... WHAT IS A PC CHAIR? ONE THAT HE

KEEPS BY HIS PERSONAL COMPUTER? HAVE A FEELING YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT

SOMETHING ELSE.

that I was behind, it hit me and knocked me into the

> closet wall.

OUCH!

Another time he almost went over backward's , but I got behind

> him before he did and pushed with my arms to keep him up. Another

one he went

> down, but not as hard as he would of , my daughter stopped his fall

somewhat,

CONGRADULATIONS! HOW MANY WILL THAT BE FOR YOU?

and didn't want to hurt herself. The other one he went

> over his walker and I had to put it in the vice to get it back to

the shape

> it was in before the fall.

WOW!!! A TRULY HANDY WOMAN, AREN'T YOU?! PERHAPS I'D BETTER CLEAR A

PATH TO THE VICE IN OUR SHED :o)

The rest of the day I got him to stay put, buy

> getting some video's to watch.

THERE ARE DAYS WHEN DONNALEE DOES THAT FOR ME. THAT SEEMS TO BE THE

ONLY WAY TO GET ME TO JUST SIT STILL TOO - AND SHE CAN TELL LATELY

WHEN I'M SUFFICIENTLY FRIED - SO SHE JUST GOES TO GET ONE. OFTEN, I

DON'T GET TO SEE THE WHOLE THING, BECAUSE IF I SIT VERY LONG - I'M

GONE :o)

Fred has a hard time adjusting to what he can

> do anymore.

NOT ALONE THERE. BUT GUESS YOU COULD FIGURE THAT FROM MY LAST

COMMUNICATION (IF I AM REMEMBERING - EVEN VAGUELY - WHAT I WROTE)

Always been a worker. Worked 6 days a week 10 hour days.

YEP. CAN DEFINITELY RELATE. A YEAR AGO - I WAS WORKING 12 HOUR DAYS

EASY. AND I WAS STILL HERE WITH FAMILY A GOOD CHUNK OF TIME. I JUST

SURVIVED OFF 4 HOURS SLEEP. THINGS WERE REALLY COMING TOGETHER LAST

YEAR. THEN... ABOUT A YEAR AGO FROM NOW. IN A COUPLE OF MONTHS -

IT WOULD BE APPARENT TO ALL... BUT, WE CAN'T COMPARE WHAT WE COULD

DO WITH WHAT WE CAN DO - CAN WE? NOR WITH WHAT OTHERS CAN DO -

BECAUSE - REGRETABLY, I'D VENTURE TO SAY THAT MY 70 YEAR OLD DAD CAN

DO MORE THAN I CAN NOW - AND THAT IS REALLY EMBARASSING. HERE HE IS

70 AND I'M JUST OVER HALF AS OLD AS HIM - AND HE IS OFFERING ONCE

AGAIN TO COME AND HELP WITH THE CONSTRUCTION ON OUR HOUSE! (DON'T

WORRY THOUGH - I'M NOT TOO PROUD TO SAY "SURE" :o)

He still feels he can do that, but he will fall or get weak from

trying. Sometimes he get's down on himself, because he can't do what

he use to.

EW... ARE YOU SURE WE'RE NOT RELATED? I WAS PRETTY BUMMED

YESTERDAY. BAD ENOUGH THAT I CAN REMEMBER IT - SO MUST HAVE BEEN

PRETTY BAD. TODAY WAS A BIT BETTER. I GOT THAT PIECE OF SHEETROCK

DOWN FROM THE CEILING TODAY, AND HAVE IT ALL SET UP TO PUT IN THOSE

FOLDING STAIRS. I ALSO GOT SOME WORK DONE - MAINLY BECAUSE I HAD NO

CHOICE - THERE WAS A MEETING SCHEDULED - AND I WAS BASICALLY THE

KEYNOTE SPEAKER. WAS GOOD. I NEEDED THAT - WHETHER I FELT LIKE IT

OR NOT.

I know it's hard.

YEP. AND IT'S HARD TO WATCH. DONNALEE HAS BEEN SICK WITH A VIRUS OR

SOMETHING - AND IT'S HARD TO WATCH AND JUST LET IT RUN IT'S COURSE.

SHE SEEMS TO BE IMPROVING. THAT IS GOOD. ONLY BEEN A COUPLE OF

DAYS - SHE'S HAD TO "WATCH" ME - FOR MUCH LONGER THAN THAT.

> My buddy name is Fvjames. So if you want to put me in your buddy

list.

OK. GOT ME HERE - TWICE IN ONE POST... FIRST WITH PC CHAIR AND NOW

WITH BUDDY LIST.

WHAT IS A BUDDY LIST?

Maybe

> some night you will see my name under the night owl buddy list. :o)

> Well I need to get to bed, need to do lots of work in the yard

tomorrow.

I'M CONSIDERING TAKING THE DAY OFF TOMORROW. GOT TONS OF WORK TO DO -

BUT SUPPOSE TO BE A NICE DAY - AND WE DON'T GET THOSE TOO OFTEN (OF

COURSE, I THINK NEAR HUNDRED DEGREE WEATHER IS NICE - NOW THAT I

DON'T SWEAT - AND MY LIMBS ARE SO OFTEN COLD - BUT MY FAMILY DOESN'T

THINK SO). WE HAVE SEASON PASSES TO SILVER DOLLAR CITY IN BRANSON -

AND MIGHT BE A GOOD DAY TO TAKE IT IN. OUR VAN IS WELL EQUIPPED - SO

I COULD WORK ON PAPERWORK ON THE WAY THERE AND BACK. ASSUMING I CAN

DO ANY WORK... JUST HAVE TO WAIT AND SEE - BUT IT'S A PLAN ANYWAY :o)

YOU TOO.

THANKS, FOR EVERYTHING.
