A better mattress was delivered this morning. I may not be able to talk

well, but haven't lost my 'touch', LOL.

Elaine, that's a neat idea of the flashlight exercise. I went right in and

tried it, my little dog looked so bewildered. Last week the neuro said 'you

can't watch a bird fly'. Heck, I haven't tried (we have huge trees) but my

feathered friends have been real accommodating by landing on my trellis or

neighbors roof and antenna outside the kitchen.

My eyes have felt like I've been out in the sun too long on the water all

the time the past few weeks. Sure has put a dent on my reading.

Well Vera, Jim brought home Mexican food (we have a scrumptious family owned

restaurant here) and by the time we finished, UPS deliver the Sees, yummmm!

Barb P., have you thought more about signing. I took a few classes when

Jim's hearing got so bad, but never got proficient with it. Now that my

handwriting is so atrocious I'm revisiting my books for emergency signs. It

takes some dexterity, but my fingers can use the practice. Kids books are

great an easy to learn from. Dodie in MO
