Make sure you have some ice packs - you will be wearing them almost

constantly for the first 2 days after you come home. Also make sure

you have drinking water and/or Gatorade to keep hydrated. You can

maybe get some clear soups like chicken broth (get the 's

one that has more fat then the others). There's not much

nutritional value there but sometimes it's nice to drink something

warm and not so sweet. You can always add a tablespoon of olive oil

or something to the broth to give it a few more calories and fat.

I agree with Jay.

Try to have around some things that are easy to get down that arent

mostly sugar. Your tummy will be happier that way. You can even get

say, tomato soup or corn soup or broth. You know to give youself

another healthy option that you dont actually have to blend--you can

just thin those things out with water. Instant breakfast. And unless

milk gives you a problem, skip the fat free milk and choose one with

actual fat in it to balance the sugar out.

Im not against sugary things. (Im sucking on M&Ms right now). Just

have some options around for yourself. Hard to tell exactly what or

how much of it you'll actually want when the time comes. In the end

if you can manage to get it down, and it keeps your tummy happy, just

go with it.

Will you be wired or have bands? if you have bands you can probably

do applesauce, pudding, jellos, oatmeal, things like that.
