I've been out of the loop for most of this week -- sorry, a variety

Most often, around here anyhow, it's known as the " Adam's Apple. "

There are more scientific terms, I know, but I can't remember just

now what they are...

Sounds as though things are going fine for many folks, and I'm gonna

try to keep reading and playing catch-up. Sorry to have been amongst

the missing...

Painful toothpaste and nasty mouthwash: See if you can get, and are

permitted, a product called Biotene. and or Sensodyne. The first is

non-alcohol based, and generally gentle. Sensodyne helps with

temperature sensitivity. Either/both may be helpful, if your surgeon

is agreeable...
