You wrote " Cook your Grits with butter, salt and Garlic, when it is finished, add

sour cream, pepper and finish cooking down, This is good for any meal. Also

Fried Okra... ummmmm good... " tenacity's man "

:o) That still sounds like " runny grits " to me :o) I can take Cream of Wheat

with brown sugar or cinnamon, but I hate it runny :o) I like my veggies rare

and my meat well done :o) No mushy stuff for this northerner :o)

Corn muffins or corn meal pancakes are fine, but my becon has to be crisp also

:o) Can't eat eigs anymore.

Take care, Bill Werre

P.S. Bet you can't find grits in New York :o)

Your right about these Yankies, No Grits here...lol... Just to let you

know... you cook the grits down to not be runny.. I hate runny girts also..

Another treat is to put shrimp in them... Now you want something really

good.. Try it... None of you will regret it..
