Guest guest
OK, after brushing my teetha couple of times and getting a better look at my upper jaw, it definitely seems tilted. now i am nervous. Has anyone else experienced this? It is higher on one side than the other. The dr did put 3 elastics on that side and two on the other. i can't imagine how that can fix the tilt, although what do i know, as there are so many darn screws up there! Funny story: The surgeon said that we all have these fat packets in our cheeks that would become our Jowels later in life. He said in some surgeries they are removed, others not, depending on how close he gets to them He said in my surgery he got close to one and the fat started oozing, so he removed the whole packet and did the same on the other side just to keep it all even. He also said with my chin extension it will look like i had a mini face lift in the neck area. Wahoo -- - - more benefits! The tilt bothers me though. Any experience? Guest guest
I think mine might be slightly tilted as well. I don't think anyone can tell, because my ortho did not even know until I told him that only the left molars are really making contact. The right side is Very close to making contact, but my left molars hit first. Hopefully my ortho will make it better, but if not, I think I can live with it. Visually, it is not noticeable. My guess is when moving the upper, it is very difficult to get it absolutely perfect. > OK, after brushing my teetha couple of times and getting a better > look at my upper jaw, it definitely seems tilted. now i am nervous. > Has anyone else experienced this?
