Carole,

Many of those were 40's era. I got 19 but guessed at the ditto machine one

(purple ink was ditto machine not mimeograph). I did not remember the Inkspots.

Yes I am an old geezer :o)

Note too that the cream popped out of the milk bottle - no homoginization :o)

Take care, Bill Werre

Carole and Bill. The cream was the best part. I miss it.

It tasted so good when frozen.

Barb,

I had to be extra careful in freezing weather, when I threw the newspapers as

the top of the cream was out of the bottle and it would get dirty if I hit the

bottle with the newspaper :o) Normally it would just knock over the bottle.

Some of the porches were small and hard to hit with a newspaper from 50 feet

flying by on a bicycle :o)

Ah the good old days when I was glad to get $30 per month for delivering

newspapers. The Washington Post was $0.90 per month for daily and Sunday in

those days delivered to your door (well once in a great while (twice in 6 years)

it landed on someone's roof :o) Broke one window in those six years also, took

half my earnings that month to fix the window.

Take care, Bill Werre
