questions -

how do the pads keep from pressing and cutting off circulation when

sitting?

or are these shorts suggested for when a person moving only??

I have looked into the biker shorts because the back of the shorts are

higher than regular shorts which is more comfortable when sitting.

Initially, the colors of the biker shorts attracted me , then I noticed

other features of them. I didn't see hip pads though.

do the pads come out before washing these shorts??

are the pads left and right or interchangeable ??
