Guest guest
Someone sent me an article that said the way to achieve inner peace is to finish things you've started. It is definitely working for me. I am now making a point of always finishing what I start, and I think I am well on my way toward finding inner peace. Because I care for you, I am passing this wisdom on to you. Here are the things that I have finished today: two cinnamon rolls, a 16 ounce mocha with extra whip cream, a strawberry cheesecake, a large supreme pizza with extra cheese and meat , a bottle of wine, and a small box of chocolates. I think this really works because I feel better already!!! Pass this along to everyone you know who may need Inner Peace.

As a matter of fact, if I did this , I dont think they make one that would fit me...hehe,, Thanks for the humor today, I needed that.. I have been in New York now for 8 days and it is so boring, just sittin and waiting.. I really needed a good laugh and YOU DID IT..... Guest guest
Just a thought... Though cinnabons are nice, and finishing what you start is satisfying, focuing outward to help others can provide the greatest reward. I'm never so happy as when my email helps brighten someone's day, or I helped set up my daughter's computer and her roommates for good measure, or helped someone on my team learn how to do their job better, or was there to listen to the frustrations and fears others also carry, or celebrate as they find miracles in their life, or ... You get the idea. When I forget me, and help others, my own problems don't go away, but life seems so much more rewarding that the small issues I face. Regards, =jbf= B. Guest guest
, Glad you enjoyed the note, a friend sent it to me, I can't take the credit but I sure enjoyed it . There is nothing like a little nonsense to brighten the day. Hope things are going well up there. Let us know what is happening. Guest guest
: I second your " Just a thought. " The humor on the earlier posts was great, but as always is on the money. It is this " inner peace " that makes this list what it is. May all the helpers continue to help those that want and need to be helped.
