Hi all.

Marg---Which brand do u find run true to size?? please.

,

I am a wearer of spandex, ect. I wear all 3 (underpants, compression

hose and regular exercise spandex shorts. I admit I care how I look.

This is the combo we have come up with and the way of pulling /rolling

the bottoms back on when toileting or dressing--

If push comes to shove-- Someone rolls or folds up a stretchy dress with

a long zipper and places it in a plastic bag in my backpack

(adaptabilty.com) which hangs on the back of my wheelchair.

DRESSING/TOILETING

We have to pull one bottom piece up at a time while I sit or lay,

otherwise it is very uncomfortable. I remind people not to just pull up

my bottoms all at once by grabbing onto all the waistbands because it

tears/runs my hose or bottoms. Also, the bottoms bunch up and it is too

uncomfortable.

Putting my spandex shorts on is like putting compression hose on with

one difference; The shorts don't have feet like my hose. The nurses have

shown my husband how to do this because he never wore pantyhose or

spandex, so how was he to know.

I find that once I have the shorts on for the day, the shorts stay on.

It is too tiring for everyone to keep changing clothes. I wear a t-shirt

as a top just like normal people do.

GIRDLES

I have tried every girdle - victoria secret, penny's, sears, ... TOO

HARD to get off and on. I am skinny too! Maybe someone knows of one ??

SIZE

Spandex clothes run alot smaller than regular clothes.

NANCY

Also, please comment on the functionality of these; e.g. ease
