Guest guest
, I just saw where you told that you also have the speech problems. How long were you both sick that you both noticed the speech problem? It is strange, I had an extremely bad migrane. I couldn't stand light, noise, smells, or anything. I had to have an EEG test and I went ahead and did it. I was in complete misery. That night my speech started sounding wierd. I got a little better for a couple days and then it got extremely bad. Now I am somewhere in the middle. If I am tired I am very hard to understand. I think also it depends on how I feel how bad I am but I never sound normal. Guest guest
Belinda, Given I still don't have anyone in the medical profession who thinks there is anything wrong your question is a little difficult to answer. I'll do my best. I have been unwell with various things happening for five years approximately. The funnies with the speech have probably been only during the last 12 months. Also I seem to be more conscious of it than other people or they are too polite to mention it. So I guess my response probably causes more confusion than anything else. One thing to add is that I definitely seem to have the problems more when I am tired or feel rundown (eg a minor infection). Hope this helps.
