This attachment is the letter that I told you about that here on the group send me to show how to write a letter to the insurance commission when you are having problems with a insurance company paying. Just look for the insurance commission in your state, and then write it something like this attachment. If I didn't do this right and it doesn't come up , let me know and I'll try it again.
