Don't know if they is why mine bloom twice a year, but most of the time they do. I dug up some, so I could give them to Dr. Ray and found all kinds under them, I guess I know now , why they are on top of the ground and not under. lol Hugs Vera I live in middle TN. These flowers have bloomed in this area for years. In fact mine are in full bloom right now. In TN, they do not have to be dug each year. At least I do not dig mine.
