Guest guest
I was at a family gathering today and my niece commented on how long my hair is getting and how much it's grown in just the two months since she saw me last. I said yes, it hit a growth spurt this summer. My sister-in-law asked if I had been on a high-protein diet after my surgery. I said yes, for six weeks I really packed in protein. She said that makes your hair grow. Just thought I'd share one of those nice things that just happen to go along with all this. Kris

Guest guest
How long is long term? I know that a high protein diet as a regular lifestyle isn't really good for you, but I figured six weeks of healing time was all right. > longterm high protien diet can damage your kidneys too....
