17th Annual Midwest Stream Farmworker Health Forum, Honoring our History, Preparing for the Future – Honrando Nuestra Historia, Prepando Para el Futuro. The forum will be held at the Omni San

Hotel in San , Texas

on December 6-8, 2007. NCFH invites you to submit your ideas for

presentation. Due date for

submission is June 1, 2007. When submitting an abstract, please note

that sessions will be organized into the following four tracks: Clinical,

Research, Outreach/Lay Health, and Leadership. To download your application
