Guest guest
Hi! It's been awhile since I have posted anything but I was wondering about the length of surgery. I am having upper and lower to correct and underbite and open bite, also he will be making incisions between the cannine and the incisior tooth to lengthen my back teeth so this will close my open bite. My surgery is July 14th and I am beginning to feel periods of calm then freak out all over again....I was speaking to a friend who I met on this great site and I told her my surgery will be seven hours with a window of two hours either way...she said hers was only four, started making me wonder if it's normal to have such a long surgery....any thoughts??? Guest guest
Think so, my daughter is also having her surgery on 7/14, upper lower chin and 1 wisdom tooth pulled, doc told us between 5-6 hours, however the last hour is slowly coming out of anesthesia, so the surgery should really be between 4-5 hours wendy question???? Guest guest
Lydia, I had upper/lower/genio and something done in the sinus, and it was scheduled to be a 5.5 hours long surgery... it lasted 9 hours! And I felt fine when I woke up. Ray > Hi! It's been awhile since I have posted anything but I was > wondering about the length of surgery.
