Guest guest
Lu: Cath here. So sorry to hear you are in so much pain. Can really relate at times. If you feel comfortable, ask your doctor about Oxycotin 20mg time release pain med. I know it has gotten some bad press lately, but that is from kids who chew large dosages or liquidfy and then inject. Oxycotin comes in 10mg, 20mg 40mg, 80mg. It is a pain med used for long term pain management and has literally saved my quality of life. It is much better than Percocet, Vicodin etc in that it doesn't make you a zombie. Docs are resistant to try this sometimes, and you may have to go to a pain management doctor to get, but it has kept me functioning and I do not think I could do so with other medications, they make me too sleepy and wacked out. I do know of several patients I have seen at work who are also on it and it has really helped them alot too. Hope this finds you feeling better and thank goodness you didn't have a heart attack! Don't know what we would do without you. I'll be saying special prayers this pain starts subsiding immediately. God always has ways to help us somehow even when we are really scared and hurting. Love ya, Cath Lu1953@... wrote: Yes Mom, I'll try, I'm still in a lot of pain. But praying that will go away soon.
