IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO BE AT THE CHICAGO MEETING AND HAVE NOT LET ME KNOW WHICH MEALS YOU PLAN TO SHARE WITH THE GROUP AND HOW MANY ARE GOING TO PARTAKE IN THOSE MEALS & SNACKS,

I MUST HAVE THAT INFORMATION NO LATER THAN

THURSDAY OF THIS WEEK! ( THAT 'S TOMORROW)!

THE HOTEL NEEDS THAT INFORMATION A WEEK IN ADVANCE TO ALLOW FOR PROPER FOOD ORDERING!

Hi Lyn,

Yes I got your message! I'm so happy that you will be there. Syl & I will be arriving about 10:30 AM on Friday.

There are no mid-day flights out of Austin.

Nan won't be able to be there. Her son is flying in from Calif. to a wedding and she will get to spend some time with him.

Judging by the congtacts we've had, this meeting will be as big as Boston was -- possibly a little bigger!

Have a safe trip! We'll see you Friday.
