Thanks for the caution Jerry, but, as I said earlier, I don't have

any Vitamin B deficiency. So, I can at least say there is one thing

I don't have - Pernicious Anemia. Doesn't hurt to remind others

though - because that form of anemia " can cause permanent brain

damage " according to my A & P book. In that case, a supplement (B12

injections) is not only advised, but essential.
