Guest guest
Hi All, I went the longest stretch yesterday (from 3pm to midnight) without an Advil, but woke with a VERY ACHY mouth and a headache and could not go back to sleep for a couple of hours. i took advil at midnight, walked, sat in rocker, hard to get comfortable, hard to distract from discomfort. I tend to be someone who leans toward high pain threshold, so this is kind of surprising even me. i don't know if its because of the area of my body (face) or what, but is anyone else still doing (or have done) tylenol or advil at the 2 week mark? I am seeing my OS in about an hour so i will discuss with him. I can tolerate it more during the day than eve i think, but i still feel like i need the relief. Guest guest
Yes, I take Ibuprophen every day. My ortho changed my bands and they are killing me but even before that, I would have a different pain every day. I talked to an advice nurse yesterday about the swelling and she said to take Motrin. So I will continue to. The worst parts of the day are 1st thing in the am and about 8pm at night. > Hi All, > > I went the longest stretch yesterday (from 3pm to midnight) without > an Advil, but woke with a VERY ACHY mouth and a headache and could > not go back to sleep for a couple of hours. i took advil at midnight, > walked, sat in rocker, hard to get comfortable, hard to distract from > discomfort.
