Guest guest
Hi Connie, Here is a concoction that I still have for breakfast since having my surgery on June 2nd: About 14oz of milk . . . 1 pack of chocolate Carnation Instant Breakfast . . .. 1 scoop of whey (vanilla flavored) protein powder . . . 1 banana . . . 1 tablespoon peanut butter (optional) . . . all blended together. I have also used the vanilla Carnation Instant Breakfast and added about 4 tablespoons of Ovaltine . . . I like chocolate. I blend it all in a 2 cup (16 oz) Pyrex measuring cup with Braun hand held blender. With regards, Dale
Guest guest
Thanks Dale! I already have all of those ingredients in my home, even the vanilla protein powder since it's the only kind I like:)-and it sounds easy and tasty!
