Heidi, Dawn, and all,

Thank you so much for the special thoughts and prayers. The surgery lasted forever. She was in surgery until almost 7pm today. I just got home from the hospital. I promised her I would be there when she woke up. The surgery went very well. Dr. was very pleased. She was pretty out of it tonight but tomorrow will be able to tell how she really is. They are telling me that she is doing great. She has so many tubes and hoses it isn't funny. The dr. was able to keep flow to the kidney the entire surgery so he doesn't think that there will be a problem with it at all. The only thing he is worried about is a blood clot going into one of the legs, feet or toes of the legs that haven't had circulation for so long a time. At least she is through the major part now for the recovery. Prayers are answered and I thank you so much for yours.

I am holding up very well. I have learned to take things with a grain of salt. It doesn't do me much good to get all upset boy do I know that oh too well. If I do the RP just sneaks right up on me. :o)

Hope all is well with you! Take care!

Lots of Love

Glenda

so happy for your sister and you that things went well. Now it is time to sit back and allow nature to do its job along with gods help and heal the body. I know your sister appreicates your love and support, so hang in there and if you need to vent you know where to go.

love ya and take care

How are you doing? Is the medicine kicking in? Do you get to go to the beautiful lake today? I hope so. If it is as hot there as it is here I bet it would sure be nice. If you do get to go put your feet in for me too! :o)

Glenda,

I'm doing okay.

Don't know if I'm going to the lake tomorrow. Two of my sisters are going and want me to join them for a "girls" weekend. I'm supposed to be in a parade on Sunday with our 4-H club, which I will miss if I go to the lake. The weekend at the lake sounds much better, don't you think. LOL

I sure hope you are going to take it easy today.

Love Ya,

Sandy

Glenda, so glad that your sister did okay.. I was so worried about her and Lu

and Pete the whole time I was gone... couldn't get you guys off my mind.

I'm so glad that you could be there for her. Now take care of yourself too.

Don't need you to flare...

Give your sis a big hug and let her know she is in my prayers.

hugs
