Guest guest
Hi le Chocolate helps so many things doens't it? I usually get my ulcers in the same place as well. It's really miserable. They have become so much part of my life I sometimes find myself thinking 'what's wrong, I haven't had one in a while?' I was given an anaesthetic spray to use when they are really bad. In the early days they made me a splint to wear to help my jaw pain. Well I couldn't speak with it in, was very self conscious of it, and it didn't help at all with the pain. That was before the DX of RP and they were talking about taking a bit out of here to put in my jaw! The right side of my jaw is coming out in sympathy now. Doesn't stop me talking though! Hope today is a good day. Anne -- In Rpolychondritis@y..., jasidan@y... wrote: > > > --le, > > I have suffered from mouth ulcers practically since RP started back > > in 1979. I just didn't want to get out of bed, I was so comfortable. I was good for about 2 hrs, and then got this terrible headache. It's strange, as the right side of my face feels like there are no muscles. I have to concentrate to hold my eye open. I keep telling myself.. it is only the weather LOL.. I sure could use some hersheys and tea about now. LOL Hope everyone is having a good day, and have a fabulous weekend le
Guest guest
le, Thank you so much for your response. It kind of shocked me when I read what you wrote about the red line in your eye. I to have a red line that runs from the inside of my eye to the iris. When my eyes are giving me problems is when it is red and looks swollen. If my eyes are okay, it is just sort of a raised line that looks like a pale yellow. Until I read what you wrote, I had never associated this with any thing going on. I will have to pay closer attention to this and see if it gives me any clues as to what is going on. Thanks again!!
