There is a letter after the Lysine, but can't for the life of me remember which one. Heat brain farts!!!! I think it's B, but could very well be wrong about that. Just ask for Lysine. I have a sore on the tip and can feel a mouth sore on my gum right above my two front teeth!! Oh well, I guess this means lots of hot tea and chocolate!!! I have sjogrens and my nose is so dry I don't want to make it worse. Hugs, Sandy Hi Folks,Lucy here, I too get sores in my nose, as a matter of fact, I keep them inmy nose. I clean daily with peroxide and Q-tips then use the Neosporin tokeep down infection.My nose gives me more problems that anything else. I have at least twoholes in it and probably more.. When I look with the flashlight and mirror,it looks like craters in there!! Ugh, just think, that will probably getworse with time. In the year and a half, it has gone from one hole to whatlooks like an open space.You all take care and "keep those noses clean" Lol!!! How about that! My kids used to tease me about my whistle before I realized that I had the first hole and before I was diagnosed. This RP is something isn't it? As for the drying out the nose, I usually put the neosporin in my nose after my good little cleaning ritual, so I really don't notice it drying it out. It is a wonder I don't have Sjogrens too, I also sleep nightly with a CPAP machine which seems like it would really be bad for the drying but I really don't have to use the humidifer that I can attach to the CPAP if I need it. Let me know if I can be of any more help. Take good care of the nose, what the nasty ole RP has left of it anyway.
