Guest guest
Hi Pam. Like your " Cat Scan " links. Once I find out what a friend in Texas' email is again (lost it when machine's hard drive went) I'll be sure to send them to her. Thanks. As we discussed at the conference this weekend, humor is critical. By the way, it was great! Always room for improvement, but it was great - friendships made that will last a lifetime, and... this may sound rather crude... but one of my fears of coming was seeing how I indeed may end up... but after seeing some, such as " Al " , I no longer fear it. You can be wheelchair bound and still have dignity and humor :-) And... come to think of it, he is not even totally wheelchair bound. We met twice in the restroom - but don't tell anyone :-) don't want anyone to talk :-) That guy is gonna give me a run for my money on the humor end :-) Catcha later. Should be going to bed soon, because we have an early departure time in the morning. Plan on leaving by 7:30 to be in St. Louis by lunchtime and let the girls ride up in the Arch, then be home by dark. Busy, long, day, but I have meetings this week - Tues, Wed and Thurs, before I leave Fri for Atlanta. Yep - traveling man. In my humble view - travel while I still can. See while I still can. Do while I still can. Going to Atlanta, where I will meet with my parents. We will then go to Daytona Beach together, for me to get CEUs to retain my license. That training will be good for 3 years. I also need to get CEUs for my license. However, looks like I may be going the " disability " route soon (productivity now down to 25%, and we're going to have a mighty hard time living off that - and it's just getting lower all the time.) Well, catcha later. In between trips at least - and during trips when I can get online - like here - at my sister's in Chicago. After being gone 10 days for the Daytona/Atlanta trip, I'll be home 5, then off for CA with my family. True family vacation (though I will take my work with me - just in case I'm able to eek out any of it - paperwork-wise). Then I'll be home... for a while... Got more tests coming up after that, but not sure where they'll lead - maybe NY? I'll cross that when I get there. Adios for now.
