Guest guest
Hi Beth. I'm not home now, so can't give you textbook answers on what Folate levels mean. However, I can tell you that one doc... I think it was on... told us this weekend that -----ohhh... now I can't remember it's name... but the drug that helps chemo patients with anemia... remember what the name is? It's on TV ads... Anyway, he said that this medication could be beneficial to MSA patients. I'll see about looking it up in my notes after I get home. Please remind me (not that I forget ANYTHING! My mind is like a STEEL TRAP... rusted shut :-) > > > , > > > > > > My husband was recently told by his new doctor that he has anemia. > > > > When the doctor checked his chart he realized that he's had it since > > > > 1999 but nothing was ever done about it! Guest guest
I am not sure if someone has already answered this. But the drug that might help anemia that was mentioned at the Chicago reference, I believe, is PROCRIT
