Thanks for the site on Canola oil. I usually use olive oil but do bake with canola oil. Guess I'll be switching to something else.

Hi guys and sometimes we wonder why we are sick. Think about it. Over the years what have we done to ourselves, all in the name of good health. Our grandparents and greatgrandparents although they had it rough, many of them lived to be in the 80's, and 90's, and thats eating anything they wanted. I know a lot of them died young, but they are still dieing young today , after eating in the name of health. I am not promoting anything in particular just trying to make everyone think, before eating or doing something to yourself. lets all get healthly. dawn

Okay that does it! The canola goes in the trash. We were told to start using it because of Mikes heart problems. I think not! Dawn thanks so much for the site!
