Hi Liz,

Thanks for posting this message. I have only been on the metho now

for about 7 weeks but have noticed that the day after I am really

nauseous. No mouth sores yet. I will call my rheumatologist's

office and see if increasing the folic acid will help with the

nausea. I can barely eat anything the day after the metho. I drink

lots of water that day, but even it makes me feel sick. Any other

suggestions would be sooo appreciated.

Marilyn, I found that if I took my metho with dinner or later at bed (with a

cracker) i didn't get so nauseated. Don't know if it will work for

everyone, but did for me.
