Re: A Miracle?

I went to my opthamologist today for a routine follow up after two months of no eye flares. His only comment was that the Uveitis specialist is a very religious man and perhaps(?) that is what has caused my previously almost constant eye flares to go away. This afternoon I am going back to the new rheumatoligist (sp?) that I saw a month or so ago after which she ordered alot of blood work (9 vials) sinus x ray, chest x ray, ekg, echocardiogram . Now we shall see what is going to be suggested. All of this feels foolish since I have felt so good the last 2 1/2 months! The uveitis specialist wanted to put me on Dapsone and Methotrexate, but why should I go on it until I am sick again which will hopefully be never again.LillianDISCLAIMER!!WE ARE NOT MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS, THEREFORE ANY INFORMATION THAT IS RECEIVED HERE IS FROM EXPERIENCE ONLY. PLEASE CONSULT WITH YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE TRYING ANYTHING THAT IS SUGGESTED. WE ARE NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR YOUR PHYSICIAN AND ARE NOT TRYING TO BE. REMEMBER EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT AND TREATMENT MAYBE DIFFERENT FOR MANY OF US. THANK YOU
