Guest guest
Just thinking Helen, you mentioned not being a shake person...and ME NEITHER... if you don't normally drink milk or the like, perhaps that's just too much on your system. I can't handle that and I'm not persay lactos intolerant... Here's my thoughts, keep trying...but think of making some chicken soup-homestyle,. then strain out all the stuff...start w.broth and then maybe blend in the other goodies later..but that's nutrious, proteins, etc...and I loved it when I had this yrs back (tying so quick sorry)... think out of the box...try stove top blended with broth rather than water and see how that goes---just chin up and keep trying, but first move away from milky things and see how you feel!all the best, jo oh and flatened coke will settle the belly too! > Hi everyone. Guest guest
Yeah, I would stop the painkillers. They made me feel sick for the first week. I couldn't (and still can't) drink protein shakes etc. They are just not appetizing. Once you get unwired, you should try some scrambles eggs. Lots of protein. It is amazing how many things you can swallow whole. I am even eating bits of barbecue chicken. Luke
