Guest guest
: Fred was in the hospital twice with pneumonuia and UTI. Both times with a high fever of 103. He also has problems with his breathing. They gave him breathing treatments in the hospital and he was on Levaquin 500mg both during the stay in the hospital and after he came home. He also used a foley cathater in the hospital and we used it for about a month after he came home without any problem. The first time he came home with nothing but the meds. The second time he had a nurse in one time and a PT three times a week for four weeks. This helped to get his strength back. We also asked in the hospital for an air mattress, but never did get one, so I've gone to Linen N' things and purchase one ourself. His Doctor also has him on a nebuilzer for the breathing and a Cpap to wear at night. It takes time, but should get back his strength with the PT. The best thing for you right now is to get as much rest at night as you can. Take Care Vera
