Paraneoplastic Cerebellar Degeneration

Someone wrote me today that their loved one previously diagnosed with MSA

actually has this problem. If you recall the Sporadic Ataxia diagnostic

plan that I post every so often it mentions that tests for this condition

should be done when patients present with cerebellar symptoms.
