Break of upper wire in braces

I was feeling a little " pokey pokey " here and there and after a day

of A LOT of talking i took a real close inspection, my upper wire is

split in two, right between my two front teeth. i think this may have

been this way for a while, perhaps even after surgery 4 weeks ago, as

one front tooth is a little behind the other. i was wondering how

that could have been such a dramatic move during surgery, but now i

am nervous about seeing my ortho tomorrow on an emergency basis. I

actually called him at home on a Sunday morning - nice guy!

I asked him if he felt my new face was off center as he was doing a

lot of feeling around on my skin and face when there last week and he

made some sort of a comment about I did talk to the OS about a few

things. DIDN'T EXPLAIN!! I will try to get more out of him

tomorrow. It sounds kind of like he did not want to rat out the OS.

Again, my feeling is my lower half of face is way off center due to

upper jaw being screwed in wrong.

Anywho, i am nervous about getting my new wire and enstein posts

or surgical wires put back on with my front teeth crooked as they

are. ADVIL, take me away.
