Guest guest
What you do, best I understand it, is to get some t-shirt (or other) transfer paper. Copy the image onto that, using your color printer. Then you're set to go, to put it on a t-shirt or other piece of clothing. I tried it. I'm not very experienced with it, and I didn't have a lot of luck getting the transfer to take. But I think that was me, and not the paper nor the design. You also might want to copy it into your own computer, if you think you'd like to make more later, in case the photo section goes away again... And to give credit where credit is due, Shiloh, aren't you the one who created that? Guest guest
Yeah I did that one Maybe I'll even make myself a t-shirt for surgery number three... Whenever that will be! Just popped my head in briefly... Summer, no more November surgery date, baby in December. Always thwarted by these babies! Guest guest
Thanks we just found out last month. This oral surgery train is going on and on! Oh well...surgery with a small baby is easy enough as you both eat the same food!!!! Guest guest
Congratulations!!! The other thing is that babies don't care if their mommies have swollen faces...more mommy to love! That graphic is so fun. Since I'm new here, here's a question: has anyone looked into http://www.cafepress.com/cp/info/ ? They put your image on a variety of products, like mugs, shirts, and even lunch boxes. The prices seem relatively reasonable. I was at a site the other day that had it. Just a thought! > > > > > > Hey you know that Survivor thing in the photo album...is > that > > > a > > > > > > sticker? is so anyone know where i can get one??? its very > > > > cool...i > > > > > d > > > > > > like to give some to my OS too...thanks for your > help....~ECG > > > > >

Guest guest
Actually, you can put your own images on t-shirts (including shiloh's survivor logo) by buying tshirt transfer paper and using a colour printer. Best to practice on something cheap first (we used old pillowcases to test). I made my own tshirt that said " I look funny because I just had jaw surgery. What's your excuse? " with a cute Chip & Dale cartoon (sorry, Disney, but I did watch them to death when I was a kidlet). The only problem I have is that I can't wear the shirt anymore - it's outdated. I'm almost 2 years post-op and I don't look funny anymore .... > > Thanks we just found out last month. > > This oral surgery train is going on and on! > > Oh well...surgery with a small baby is easy enough as you both eat > > the same food!!!! > > > > Shiloh

Guest guest
Actually we did look into it when I first did it but its actually alot easier and cheaper to get it printed off yourself and then you can put it on what you want. A simple cotton tshirt costs little over five bucks. Some people have made bandannas etc. Realistically its not something you are going to wear too often two years from now Shiloh > > > > > > > Hey you know that Survivor thing in the photo album...is > > that > > > > a > > > > > > > sticker? is so anyone know where i can get one??? its very > > > > > cool...i > > > > > > d > > > > > > > like to give some to my OS too...thanks for your > > help....~ECG > > > > > >
