lower advancement with no genio

hi. im currently 6 days post op from lower advancement. i have

always had a " weak chin' look, however, my OS said i only needed a

lower advancement, genio not necessary, that i will have a decent

profile without genio. however, as the swelling decreases now, i am

not sure, should i have had the genio? maybe with time ill see, what

do you guys feel? thanks
