Well, I'm not on the same date as you, I'm exactly a month away on

September 17, 2004, but I'm also doing my surgery at Kaiser in

Oakland with Dr. O' and Dr. Poor. I'm glad there are so many of

us. Hopefully, all that we have heard about them being the best

will become a reality once our surgeries are complete. I have met

with Dr. O', but not Dr. Poor. Dr. O' has a great " bedside

manner " and sense of humor. She is very down to earth, and that's a

great thing with how much anxiety we have going through this.

Anyhow, best of luck with your surgery, and be sure to give lots of

pointers with what to expect at the class, etc. My consult with Dr.

O' is on Sept. 14 at 1:45 pm and then I'm supposed to be at the

class by 2:00pm. I called to ask them what they were smoking when

they scheduled those appointment times, but they said it's okay if

I'm late to the class. I hope it all works out. Good luck, and
