To whom it may concern:

Had surgery on both jaws 2 weeks ago now.

Facial sweeling was extreme for 7 days then calmed down considerably.

Still have yellow bruising on neck area / slightly on cheeks.

Able to take on soft food after 7 days ( minimal chew/soft food )

2 weeks on now and pain-free , slight numbing on chin and LHD side

of nose but feelings restoring daily.

Post Op review recommends elastic training of the bite.

Any questions or queries plse dont hesitate to mention/discuss,

Regards!

My healing went smooth (surgery on June the 2nd). Except that I'm

left with swelling in the right cheek and the chin. I will meet my

surgeon again in 3 weeks to discuss this issue and what can be done

to correct it. And also the way I talk hasn't returned to normal yet.

This I was told not to hold my breath, it could take another 3 to 4

months!

Patience, this surgery takes a lot of patience :-)

Both before, during and after... !
