The North Carolina Community Health Center Association is requesting abstract submissions for possible presentation at the 20th Annual East Coast Migrant Stream Forum to be held on October 18-20, 2007 in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. The East Coast Migrant Stream Forum is the only and oldest annual conference dedicated to improving health outcomes and health care delivery to migrant and seasonal farmworkers and their families along the east coast.
