" the pred I gained so much weight I had to have

some put back in... Just a little hint.... Keep

the links if too large... !! "

Well, once again, I'm getting the info too late.

I hope they send the extra links back to me, but

if not, they're really nice about sending it back

and fixing for free. BTW, this is a nonprofit

company. I really felt great working with them.

I've found that there are other bracelet

companies but all they do is list your meds and

whatever disease you have. MedicAlert actually

has a file on you and you put whatever top info

you want on your bracelet. Other info will be on

their database and you can update as you feel

necessary. This is important for us because we're

all getting on or off different drugs.

Re: my post to Kim about endometriosis, the last

line I wrote " you just can tell, " I meant to say

" you just can't tell " Just a small typo, but it

changes the meaning and the message.

Sorry people--I did the thing that I " complained "

about postings--I didn't delete the old messages

from one of my new posts. Forgive me for

" littering! "

Next time I have a cold, I'll let my dr. know. I

mentioned the cold to her last thursday and she

didn't seem quite concerned. Maybe if I phrased

it in such a way, like, " With the congestion, I

felt my breathing was compromised " maybe she

would've said something.

I always like the one I haven't tried.

Hi, Sandy!

here. Thanks for this site. I'm going to check it out. The more you

speak of vasculitis, the more it sounds like I might have it a little bit (is

there such a thing as " a little bit " ?) I'm going to the site you mentioned

and read all about it.

Can't wait to finally meet you this weekend. It's going to be such fun. See

you soon.

Love,

T.

Great information about flaxseed. Please tell me the brand of granola cereal

you found. As a diabetic, I'm always interested in anything with less sugar.

Me, again. Do you always grind the seeds before consuming? Is it okay to

use the seeds " as is " are are they more beneficial if ground?

I also have to take an antibiotic before ANY dental work. But, I'm

wondering....is zithromax the only one that appears to help RP, or would any

antibiotic work?

this is a good question for Connie H.... LOL She knows better than I

do. But,.... (not you will have to double check this).. I think Minocin is

the drug of choice.... I am on biaxin. I think they like to save the " Big

Guys " for if we do get an infection.... If I were to get bronchitis or

something there are other antibiotics I could take and not have a resistance

to them... I really don't know for sure... again HELP CONNIE!!!!

Did you check the sites on AP? There is alot of info there. If not go to

www.rheumatic.org

www.roadback.org

www.mercola.com

There is a site for drs to learn from other drs using this protocol at

www.rheumatic.org/docmail.htm

Take this site to your dr. I am...
