well, I took my nap and feel much better... Amazing what a little rest will

do... guess your body just tells you when to stop. LOL

Hope everyone has a great week ahead... I know those of us going to Okieland,

will be getting excited.... and those of you who can't make it , know that

you will be with us all in spirit... gosh I just want to meet everyone...

Hope your week is painfree and you really enjoy it...
