Guest guest
Hi Glenda, Not we didn't buy out the stores, but I think I bought out my pocket book!!!! Wow did we spend alot. The ferry alone cost $140 and the hotel was just as much! Then there's the rental car, food for 4, and shopping. I think I'll need two jobs after that! So far it's only one, I'm still waiting for that darn phone call. Maybe it will come today. The short term job will pay $17.50 an hour plus expenses. I wish it was longer term but hey three weeks and I mostly work from home is great. Well speaking of work I guess I better get on with it. Take care, Luve, Elaine Re: Elaine Elaine, Good luck on the job(s)!!! I hope it all works out for you. I do think of you! I remember the rough time you had of it last year and just look at you now. All happily married and finding jobs all over the place. Someone is sure looking out after you! Did you buy out the stores when you went shopping? Girls are so hard to buy for aren't we??? ) Take care! Lots of Love Glenda

Guest guest
Elaine: I am soooo happy for you! I'm still hoping one day maybe I'll meet someone, but after Blain said he couldn't handle the RP and cheated on me while I was really sick, I would probably have a hard time thinking it would be too good to be true. Well I'll put it in God's hands and let him decide. So far God and Jesus along with my Dad are the most wonderful men I know and I feel blessed with their love and grace. I consider myself lucky to have them looking out for me and can live happily in their promise of love. For those who asked, Caitlin is doing well. She is getting so big. She is going to help me do the make-up for a Cancer Society fashion show later this month. We have the pleasure of helping cancer survivors look beautiful and perform a fashion show where they feel very special. This is my 4th year to volunteer, and each year I've walked away with admoration for these women and many friends. They all just beam during the show! Hope everyone is feeling better and that God helps each of us find a small way that we can pay tribute to the many victims, families, friends and volunteers who are living through such a tough time. My best to everyone! Love, Cath Elaine Thurber wrote: Congratulations Cathy,I was wondering how you were doing. I'm so glad to here your good news. Guest guest
Hi Cath, When I first started to get sick, long before they called it Rp. they thought I had Lupus. My ex did the same as Blain, then he left me. I thought it was the end of my world and it was for that world. But now my world is so much better, it's not as stressful and I am very happy. God didn't let you go through all that for nothing. That's so cool that you and Caitlin are doing makeup for the fashion show. My daughter would probably love to do that too. She wants to get into fashion design, I just hope I can save the 10,000 she needs for her tuition. Wow, college is expensive. I'm so glad to hear that you are well. Take care, Elaine Re: Elaine Elaine: I am soooo happy for you! Guest guest
Elaine It is so great to hear about all the wonderful stuff that is happening in your life this year! I am so very happy for you. It is about time someone liked and respected the work that you do! Think of you often! Post us when you can! Lots of Love Glenda Hi Glenda, Glad you liked it! My wacky sister inlaw sends me that stuff. Most of it I can't forward because it is just too rude, but I liked that one. The job is getting easier and I'm feeling more comfortable there. They've put me on for another day but only for 4 hours. I work 4 hours a day for three days and one 8 hour day. I kind of like working half days, especially on the weekends. I think they are happy with my work too. Hope you are well.
