Hi all,

I found a short article on nutrition for healing, it contains some

tips on what vitimins to take pre-op and what not to take and a table

of what foods contain what nutrients etc.

Of course all of this will have to be modified for a liquid or soft

chew diet but I found it helpful.

It also tells how many calories you should consume for your body to

heal properly ( 15 to 20 calories per pound of body weight).
