Guest guest
I just wanted to through this in as you are all talking about the flaxseed oil. I was taking the capsules just because it is supposed to be so good for you. It took about a month but I was getting this rash and blamed it on the heat. Well it was the flaxseed. It is possible to be allergic to this stuff so I thought I would pass that on. Cathy www.geocities.com/cdonohoue/

Guest guest
Hi Robynn, You can buy flaxseed and a coffee bean grinder and they should do the same trick. I haven't used them that much...was doing it more for the Omega nutrients rather than stool softening. > You know, I bought some flax seed oil the other day to help me out. But it is over 100 calories per teaspoon (or maybe Tablespoon...I need to look again.) What about the flax seeds themeselves? >
