Hi Tina,

At the last support group meeting I went to in Santa Clara the nutritionist said that we should be eating around 65 grams of protein. The amount of calories which was a discussion in SSF was around 900 calories.

Ramona --

Do you have an idea of how many protein grams and calorie range

someone should be in? I've seen varying figures out there.

I know, for me, that my body goes into starvation mode easily and I

have to make sure I eat enough.

Thanks Ramona! That's the first I've heard of an actual requirement

and calorie range. Richmond won't give you a range. They are very very

vague.

too closely to emails but I just wanted to say hello
