Guest guest
Hi Tina, At the last support group meeting I went to in Santa Clara the nutritionist said that we should be eating around 65 grams of protein. The amount of calories which was a discussion in SSF was around 900 calories. Ramona
Guest guest
Ramona -- Do you have an idea of how many protein grams and calorie range someone should be in? I've seen varying figures out there. I know, for me, that my body goes into starvation mode easily and I have to make sure I eat enough. Guest guest
Thanks Ramona! That's the first I've heard of an actual requirement and calorie range. Richmond won't give you a range. They are very very vague. Tina > Hi Tina, > At the last support group meeting I went to in Santa Clara the nutritionist > said that we should be eating around 65 grams of protein.
