Guest guest
HI, I would like to first introduce myself, I am Jill from Memphis, TN. I have struggled for years and years with IBS… I never went in for testing to scared and stubborn. Well last month I missed more work than I worked. My daughter go married, and then I GOT SICK.. I know part of it was the stress, but I got BAD enough I finally went in and had all the test. I have IBS, Inflammation, and a malformed colon due to scare tissue build up from having my appendix removed when I was 6. The doctor says it has folded on itself, so it is acting link a hose with a kink… Nothing gets through, and when it does… well like a hose it explodes. Neither my doctor or I want to do surgery at this point. I have to just reduce the inflammation, eat better etc. I found BTVC-SCD and thought I would try it. Anything has to be better than last month. I started the diet Saturday. I have gone from 8 on the pain scale to about a 3 in 3 days. I am eating the carrot chicken shop, farmers cheese, eggs, ground beef and turkey, and the WONDERFUL homemade yogurt. To night I am going to make some pearsause. I have always eaten pear baby food when I am real bad. So now I am wondering, I am going by how things are laid out on Peacanbread.com… so I have a game plan on what to add when. However, the site never mentions cheese. When can I introduce the aged cheese that are legal??? THANK YOU all for being here to help. As a consequence, they don't list dairy. Start with a small piece of the desired legal cheese and introduce it just like you would any other food. <g> CHEESE was the first thing I introduced after the intro diet!
