NYTimes' recipe for collard greens

Someone asked recently for a recipe for collard greens.

Here's an additional one:

I note the notion that cooking them for a long time breaks down the

bitterness. I just picked a bunch of Swiss Chard from my garden

and it was really bitter - like I had left it too long in the cold

weather

or something - so I'm hoping that this bit of advice will work for the

rest of the chard.
