It's usually in the same area as the laxatives, but if you check the

label, it says " Stool Softener " on it. The active ingredient is

docusate. You can find out more about it at

Look for products with the docusate in them. It's usually either a red

or red-and-white capsule. The Peri-colace is different stuff, which has

a laxative included, and that is NOT what you want.
